Carpenter

Sequoia Construction Services is seeking a Carpenter.

You are hard-working, eager to learn, and always up for a challenge. You want to become a part of a leading commercial construction team in the Bay Area.

What you’ll do for us:

• Measure, mark, and arrange materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
• Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.
• Adhere to local building and safety codes and guidelines.

Must haves:

• Understanding of carpentry, waterproofing, and building envelope
• Experience with basic manual and power tools
• Ability to climb ladders and work on scaffolding for high spaces
• Understanding of job site safety
• Desire to learn and be a team player
• High Performance

Great to haves:

• Prior construction, skilled trade experience
• Liquid applied membrane and/or coating experience

The compensation range is $20 - $35 / hour depending on experience.
